All of our products displayed in our website is ready to deliver to our beloved customers. Our products can be purchased from our marketplace, such as; Shopee, Tokopedia,Lazada, JD.ID.
All the purchasing made before 15.00 WIB will be sent within the same day the orders were made (there won’t be any delivery on Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday). Purchasing made on Friday after 15.00 WIB, Saturday and Sunday will be sent on Monday
Because some of our products use battery, for delivery outside Java island will take a longer time to arrive. This is because we can’t send products with battery through airway, so we will send it through land route.
Before we send out the order, we always go through quality control process first, so our product always 100% in best condition and working perfectly.
If your product has a defect by any chance, it could be caused by the careless handling from the courier service while delivering the items. We have the right to decline your appeal to exchange the product with the new one. For any further assistance, please contact out customer service before giving us a review.
We do have 3 month guarantee, if by chance the product that you received is defective (not working properly), you can contact our customer service first to discuss things further. Return policy applies only if you have the evidence (photo/video) of the product. Delivery fee for the new product will be held on you.
We can only process the return policy if the products that you received are not the one that you ordered or if your product is defective. However we can’t grant a return if you didn’t read the description carefully and caused you to buy the wrong product.
If you want to return your product, do return it in a complete package like how you received it.
Don’t forget to include your name, which online store you purchased it from (Shopee/ Tokopedia/Lazada/JD.ID)
